2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Cask at The Roebuck, Leek (Titanic) A clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of toffee, butterscotch, some fruit, a hint of banana and subtle floral hops. Taste of toffee, butterscotch, fruit, a hint of apple, maybe banana and subtle floral hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A dry, butterscotch finish. Can get a decent amount of hoppiness in this but itís let down by lots of butterscotch and unappealing fruit flavours. Below average.
