A new recipe has been created for Fleetwood beer festival after the brew sheet was destroyed by the fire back in may 2011 Garry and Alan (Blackpool Camra), has created the new recipe for the new cask ale Twilight, that will be available at the Fleetwood beer festival. The new beer recipe is based on an a English mild using only the finest English hops and malts

Cask at the Fleece, Penwortham. Pours clear brown, thin off-white head. Aromas of chocolate and hazelnuts. Taste is more of the same, milk chocolate. Gets a little watery down the glass, but a very nice mild all the same.

UPDATED: APR 5, 2012 Dark brown with a thin light off-white head. Smell of malt, dark fruit and some earthy tones. Medium thick body. Taste of light roast and caramel malt and bitter hop finish. Not sure why its a mild, Easily forgotten. Watery

Cask conditioned at Fleetwood Beer Fest 12. Brown with white head. Malty fruity beer with an earthy light hop note. Some roasty notes with a hint of caramel. Its ok.
