Clear medium amber orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, grass, dusty, chalk notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is nutty, caramelly and slightly toffeeish with also some mild wooden notes. Flaour is nutty, mildly toasted toffeeish with some slight bitterness to it as well. Hazy amber beer, little pale cream coloured head. Crisp palate, slightly dry. Mild and dry creamy malt with a slight cucumber note. Well buried is a little orange and spice. A bit meh!
30cl bottle. Pours hazy deep amber colour with a mid-sized beige head. Aroma of yeast, dry fruits, red beers, rotten vegetables. Taste of toasted malt, nuts, caramel, dry malt, some red fruits, ok!

Thanks to bierkoning for this! Hazy deep amber color, good cloudy beige head. Aroma has lots of green beans - lots of DMS, some underlying caramel and malts.Foamy mouthfeel, light to medium-bodied. Woody hoppy and vegetably flavor. Lingering bitterness. Nothing to do with Vienna! Perhaps a bit too old bottle.

Bottle @ Autumn Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Pours ruby amber with a small lasting white head. Tart yeasty notes and grains. Heavy DMS. Bitter with a warm touch from alcohol.
