COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed slowly using our original recipe for a true light lager taste. Weíve combined pale and roasted barley malts providing a complex, yet smooth, clean flavor.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a foamy head. Aroma of grain with a bit of citrus. Taste is. Light touch of citrus and mlt sweetness. Mild bitterness and a clean finish. Light body, clean and refreshing. Nice beer, better than I expected.

Pours a clear yellow. The aroma is fairly nondescript, typical pale lager. The taste is of a cheap, poorly made clone of Strohís. Meh... Poor attempt at a clone of a beer thatís barely decent to begin with.

It poured a light clear golden color with a small white head. The aroma was of toasted cereal and light resinous hops. The taste was sweet, almost no acidity and had a long sweet finish. Not bad.

Pours golden with good head, though rapidly disintegrating, and minor lacing. Nice aroma of lager yeast, popcorn malts, and grassy hops - no adjuncts (this is all barley malt; a pure premium lager). Brown bottle prevents skunking. Taste - some crisp hops up front along with tasty popcorn malts. Very solid premium lager - not quite enough hops to meet pils standards, but still nice; definitely one of the better "simpler" lagers Iíve had. I sampled this at the Joplin Macadoodles, not expecting much (Macadoodles is primarily a beer store, not a brewery), but this was nicely done. Got a bottle for a make-your-own six-pack afterward, and the bottle was just as good as the sample I had.
