Bottle. Pours a clear dark copper color with a small fizzy head and bits of lacing. Aroma of citrus, malt and trace of fruit. Taste of malt, citrus, bit of caramel and fruit sweetness. Has a bitterness that seems to linger. Fairly light body, smooth with a somewhat malty character. Decent beer for the style.

EtTuCthulhu (1391) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - NOV 20, 2013
This beer is a hazy reddish orange color with a large off-white head that fades fairly quickly, and the aroma has a pretty simple aroma with strong dough yeast with a solid enough scent of caramel malts, but the taste has a surprising amount of umami to it. Indeed, a heavy umami is the backbone of the taste with a touch of sweet and a touch of sour helping to balance it out. The palate, however, isn’t too special due to the average carbonation, thin texture, and medium body, but the strong robustness of the flavor does linger slightly on the finish, prolonging the flavor in the best way possible.

It poured a clear copper color with a fizzy white head. The aroma was of moderate sour citrus hops with a medium body and soft carbonation. The taste was medium bittersweet with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Nice brew.

Brown-amber. Small head; almost no lacing. Aroma is toasty, caramel, and some fresh hops - nice and refreshing until the head dies, which is all too quickly. Bit of butterscotch as well, which also transfers in the flavor. Basically a nice mix of caramel, butterscotch, and toasted malts. Good lingering flavors of all three. Pretty tasty, actually.
