A dry cider made with a blend of apple varieties.

Our ciders are all made using 100% fresh pressed apples. As growers, we know how much hard work goes into producing a perfectly ripe apple so we take extra care to get the very best out of them.
After pressing the most fragrant apple varieties and using cold-fermenting yeast to preserve their aroma, we blend the matured ciders to achieve a perfect balance...

AshtonMcCobb (6915) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 13, 2017
Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - pale golden with gentle bubbles. Nose - sweeter apples than usual. Taste - sweet apples with a light apple skin tang. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - decent tang but could be drier.

Grzesiek79 (4435) - Radom, POLAND - SEP 6, 2016
Dobbry, oj dobry cydr z Irlandii polnocnej. Super wytrawny cydr.

500ml bottle. Pours a yellow gold colour with a short-lived white foam head. Aroma of tangy apple, apple skin, hint of sulphur. Taste is crisp apple, tart, bittersweet with some oak and rubbery funk. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry tangy sourish finish. Quite drinkable.

Vestergaard (2091) - Aarhus C, DENMARK - JUN 2, 2016
On tap at Fermentoren Aarhus. Pours a clear pale golden with a small, but surprisingly long lasting head. Aroma has candied, red apples, vanilla, organic yeasty notes, ripe and floral. Taste is nicely balanced sweetness and tartness, ending off rather dry and almost pithy in the far end. High carbonation and a dry but oily body.
