Donker bier van deze noordelijkste brouwerij. Geur: beetje bokbierachtig. Smaak: karamel, gebrande mout en wat bitter. Niet bijzonder, maar wel prima! Tjomleif (236) - NORWAY - JUL 25, 2016

50 cl can. Pours a deep copper to mahogany colour, thick tan coloured head, nice level of carbonation. Aromas of caramel, brown sugar, nuts an acid apples. Mouthfeel is medium carbonation and dry. Flavours pretty much as the aroma, just less nuts and more green apples. Which don’t make any sense in a Bavarian. adamnowek (2834) - Brussels, BELGIUM - OCT 25, 2015
Deep brown with a thin but creamy head. Malty aroma. Taste of caramel and brown sugar. Smaskifa (136) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAY 6, 2015
Caramel flavor. Decent frothy head. The aroma is vaguely caramel-dominated, some light bitterness, malts. The beer itself is pretty light and refreshing, no big surprises, just a basic Norwegian bayer with the usual hints of caramel, malts and a very small kick of hops. A certain hint of apple as well. It’s not a super beer in any way, but way more drinkable than a lager when the options are few. Try it with home made pizza (made at Bardu hotell), it enhances the flavor of the beer several notches and brings some of the alcohol forward. Leini (2076) - SWEDEN - APR 25, 2015
