Finn (7916) - Tromsø, NORWAY - FEB 28, 2006
Bottle 0,33l. Clear ruby/brown colour. Creamy head leaving filigrees on the glass. Very pretty! Heavy malty aroma. Some caramellish sweetness. A dry malty finish. Another good norwegian bock.

stouby (4715) - Holbæk, DENMARK - DEC 30, 2005
Bottle, at Lorry (040503). Brown, moderate to heavy malty arome, very sweet. Medium body. My first Bock-bier and a favourite.

larsga (7630) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 3, 2005
UPDATED: JAN 14, 2006 Medium off-white head of large bubbles; clear, dark red body. Sweet malty aroma, notes of bread; faint notes of coffee. Not that much aroma. Sweet taste, with some off notes, maybe some butter. Faint bitterness, faint burntess. Not very much taste, and some of what is there isn’t entirely right. Well. It’s OK, I guess. A disappointment, this, as some of the other Mack stuff is quite good.

oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - OCT 23, 2005
Bottled. Rubyish/dark copper coloured, small white bubbly head. Rye, raisins and malt in a pleasant mix in the aroma. Sweet fruity flavour with plummy, malty and hoppy hints. Quite weldone and -balanced.

2.8
TBone (18106) - Pori, FINLAND - OCT 23, 2005
Bottled (BB 05/2006)
Ruby amber brown color, not much head. Burned sugar, rye bready aroma. Medium-bodied. Burned sugary flavor. Decent brew from macro brewery.

tiggmtl (4544) - East York, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 12, 2005
Mildly vegetal and sweet aroma. Clear copper coloured body with no head. Watery caramel flavour. Medium-light body with no carbonation. Bottle sampled at RBESG 2005.

2.6
yngwie (17186) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - SEP 18, 2005
UPDATED: JAN 5, 2007 Bottle. Off-white head and brown beer. Aroma is sweet and malty with a little alcohol. Taste of malt, caramel and alcohol, but sweet malt dominates. Even the aftertaste is mostly sweet. (050918)

2.9
Ungstrup (38250) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - SEP 1, 2005
A hazy brown beer with a thin lazing brown head. The aroma is light, but sweet malty, and the flavor is pretty one-dimensional sweet malty, only with hints of caramel.

2.5
Emil (6064) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 23, 2005
Bottle. Brown colour with a baige head. Light sweet caramel aroma and taste, light fruity. Medium body and a light sweet finish.
