A few bottles of this non-alcoholic beer during the festive season. In the glass the beer as got a deep amber coloured body with beige patches on the surface. Smell of vegetables and grain. Slightly roasted, grainy taste partly overrun by vegetables. A few bitter endnotes. Soft carbonated. Watery texture and frail bodied. Some refreshment and tolerable sweet. Better with food, especially fish, than alone. Alright for a n/a beer [Tromsø, December 2008]. KnutAlbert (6798) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 17, 2008
Quite well balanced, swett malt, some hops, very decent for a no alcohol. Some peppermint elements which I did not enjoy. OleR (4801) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 16, 2008
330 ml bottle. Big frothy, fully lasting offwhite head. Excellent laceworks. Crystal clear, light brown colored body. Modest aroma of sugary, lightly roasted grain and a whiff of fruit. Thin-bodied with a watered down mouthfeel. Clean and medium sweet grain flavor. Notes of burnt sugar and earthy bittering hops. Sweet grainy finish with some pepper notes and a faint bitterness. A decent n/a, thin as expected, but not overly sweet as feared.
