Very hoppy lots if after taste. Not Julie's fav. She gives a 0.5. Too much hop. Andy average ipa ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft. Orange malt and orange peel/pine aroma. Amber with moderate head. Sweet orange malt and orange peel flavor. Solid - nothing surprising though.

Tasted on tap at Mackinaw Brewing Company in Traverse City. It poured a hazy amber with a white head and streaky lacing. A somewhat bitter, slightly off aroma. Plenty off hops in this one. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at Machinaw Brewing Company. Copper with a white head. Grapefruit pith that has gone bad. Wow.

Flight draft Im traverse city. Hazy orange and brown color with a white head. Almost no aroma but that seems to be a trend with this brewery. Bolder flavor with hops and caramel malt. Aroma flavor mismatch.

Sampler. Hazy orange pour with plenty of big sticky lace left behind from an off-white cap. Nose is some light mango and tropical fruit notes, some pine, but a fair amount of butter and what I can only describe (and I apologize) as "wet dog." Taste is kinda sweet with some bitterness but not much. Fuller side of medium bodied with softer carbonation and some soapiness with a more abrupt finish. Needs some work. Bummer.

Sampled at the brewpub. Cloudy and vopper hued. A ring of almost white foam and an island in the middle. Tat work lacing. Nice bitterness greets my tongue on the first sip. It is citrusy and floral. Clover honey flavor is tasted and that has been a theme with this brewer. Caramel is balanced nicely. This brewery seems to cater to a wide group and many will like this. In the middle of my glass a citrus zing hit and lasted a few moments before passing. Bitterness is fairly big here and my tongue is numbing some. Not a bad IPA at all.
