Pours pale golden, with quickly dissipating white head. Faint aroma of not very much in particular, and quite weak on the palate too, with yeast predominating in the mouthfeel. kiwibt (55) - , NEW ZEALAND - OCT 24, 2008
Slight hop aroma, clear golden colour with meduim head retention.
Flavour is slight malt sweetness with a slight bitterness, finishes with a malt astringency.
Overall a well made NZ lager, could be better balanced with hops and without the malt astringency. MiP (16055) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - SEP 3, 2008
Bottle, 4.0%. Pale golden colour, small white head. The flavour is almost clean. Very bland. Low bitterness. oh6gdx (26485) - Vasa, FINLAND - AUG 5, 2008
Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grains, malts and some rubber. Flavour is saltwater, mild hoppy bitterness and some hints of malts and maize. KiwiJonno (76) - Christchurch, NEW ZEALAND - AUG 1, 2008
UPDATED: AUG 16, 2008 330mL Bottle. Pale/Golden beer with an average size white head. Light malt aroma. Light thin beer with malt tastes dominating in this "all-mall beer". Lightly hopped, and short finish. An average beer really, bland and surprisingly thin for all-malt.

HAd in bottle in Rarotonga. Overall, pretty unspectacular beer. Overflavoured by malts and nothing else for the most part, the beer tastes just plain old bad. KimJohansen (10498) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - JUN 16, 2008
Clear golden with tiny white head. Sweet fruity aroma. Flavor is grainy with malty and a mild bitter end. RichardGretton (4862) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - APR 4, 2008
Draught in New Zealand. Golden beer with a yeasty aroma and plainly bitter flavour. Overall an average beer. albertane (377) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, ENGLAND - FEB 21, 2008
Bottled. This was relatively pleasant for a pale lager. It has a slight malty aroma and flavour. Otherwise, it’s completely unremarkable. Plimmer (252) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 19, 2008
Bottle 33cl. Gollden/Yellow clear body with a medium size dense white head. A little malt and hops in the nose - otherwise pretty neutral. Sweet malt dominates the flavour and aftertaste.
