tap at the brewpub last fall - The bartender couldn’t tell me the style or much else about the beer. She just knew that it was made with centennial hops. The summer 2011 Indiana replicAle was a single hop pale ale though this version was somewhat lighter in color and flavor than I expected for the style. It has a light malt sweetness and light body but avoids being watery. There’s moderately strong hops bitterness with good piney notes and a touch of citrus. Pretty good beer.
