Draft: Poured a hazy yellow with some pinking, head was white. Aroma is raspberry. Taste has a blend of sour wheat and sweet raspberry. The mix of both brings a very balanced finish. hopdog (12510) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 5, 2010

On tap at the Bloomington Beer Festival. Poured a cloudy orangish pink with a white head that laced nicely. Aroma was full of raspberry notes, a combination of both tart and sweet. The flavor was dominated by the raspberries but not overwhelmingly so and there is a bit of a wheat finish.

Draft...had this many times in the past, might as well rate it. Pours a cloudy pink color with a very nice light pink head. Nose is mainly malted wheat and raspberry puree...and that’s it. Medium body. Fresh raspberries, light wheat and a bit of pale malt. Very one dimensional but that’s what it’s supposed to be. Not as bad as the ratings indicate. dpjuart (1112) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 24, 2008
Draft sample at brewpub. Pours pink, hazy with white head. Nose of raspberry juice. Taste is all raspberry with mild, crisp, bitter ending. Lots of fruit - little beer. lumberjack (178) - Michigan, USA - SEP 22, 2007
On tap at brewery...Doesn’t taste like a wheat beer whatsoever. Raspberries were very tart, which tended to overpower any other flavors that may have been present and make this one taste somewhat un-beerlike. Still, I found it very tasty mainly because I love raspberries. MI2CA (1340) - Noblesville, Indiana, USA - JUN 6, 2006
sample at brewery - Aroma is sweet raspberries and wheat. Pours cloudy pink with small head and decent lacing. Flavor matches aroma. Palate is bland. This one just doesn’t work for me, too simple and not tasty enough. patrick767 (4063) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - JAN 27, 2006
Draft - Cloudy pink color, very distinct raspberry aroma... it goes down easy and the flavor is dominated by the raspberries. There’s some malt there too and little hops balance to be had. It’s too thin on the palate. The bartender told me that many people ask for it to be mixed half and half with one of the other beers. Given the thin palate and dominate raspberry flavor, I can see why. It’s alright, but you better want something fruity and sweet.
