Tap. Pours clear brown with a medium, creamy tan head, lasting with good lacing. Aroma is medium caramel and bread malt, lightly toasted with no hops; faint fruit esters, peat notes, and dark fruit (plum). On tap at the brewery. Light bready notes, mild woody character, subtle roasted malt. Dark coppery brown clear with no head. Medium body with cask carbonation. Cask at the pub. Ruby-brown, fruity, malty beauty with a firm enough bitterness to balance and aid drinkability. Punchy, fruity taste with a clen bitterness. Caramel and plum in the aroma. Tasty and smooth.
