Appearance: clear bright gold, short soapy white head. Aroma: crackers and pie crust, lemon grass, white pepper, orange zest, maybe some cardamom. Taste: crackery sweet malts with bright citrus, a bit of spice, and a little pepper. Finish: lingering malty, toasty sweetness, balanced by that really bright citrus note. Notes: Absolutely loved this beer. Felt like a kolsch, only amped up a bit in the hop department. Flavor was great, and the finish was really excellent. Draught at the source.

Draft at the source. Transparent golden body with a thin collar. Fruity malts, light hops, pale malt. Light in body and smooth on the palate. Fairly low carbonation. Mild sweetness. Pretty good.

Sampler at the pub. Interesting to read the description of this style as it definitely makes sense to brink these two flavors together. Light summer profile but with a lot more hop character. Really interesting strategy to a beer. Who wants to down a bunch of shitty pilsners during the summer, lets go ahead and kick it up with some light tropical hops to make it a lot more exciting, Citra! Aroma is mostly toasty grain. Citra flavors are light in the profile. FInish is sweet light grain again. Points for originality.

Sample from cask at Birch And Barley/Churchkey. Clear dark golden color with a medium white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of toasted malt, fruit and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of earthy malt, caramel and fruity hops. The finish is sweet with an herbal hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft at the brewpub. Overall a nice beer, with plenty of flavor for a lighter beer. Nice hoppiness, medium body, light carbonation. A good all around beer that is easy to drink.

4 oz cask pour at Mad Fox. Clear straw yellow with off-white head. Aromas of bready notes, floral notes, citrus fruit and peel. Tastes of citrus, floral notes, light hops. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Low carbonation. Simple but refreshing.

Draft and cask at the brewpub. Pours a hazy gold with thin white head. A: lite floral hops and bready malt. T: slightly bitter, bread, citrus notes. Palate is moderate. Nothing special but decent.

On cask at the brewery. Dry hopped with HBC 342. Pours a clear gold with some very thin, white head. Nose was very pleasant, a really interesting white grape character which must be from the dry hopping, a little honeydew, some grass, some malt. Flavor is lightly sweet, mild honey, a little melon. Clean finish. I think the HBC 342 had a nice impact on this.

Cask. I can handle warm cask beers, but this seemed a little too warm. Didnt show the hops too well, and felt a little one-note. Still, the beer had structure and staying power on the palate. So, not all bad and definitely worth the try.
