COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Irish-style red ale brewed with English pale and crystal malts with a touch of roasted barley to yield a brew that is deep garnet in color with toffee/caramel-like flavors and just a hint of roastiness in the finish. This brew has just a hint of hops and is very much malt accented.

Cask at the source: pours slightly reddish brown. Aroma is toffee and caramel. Taste is rather light. Low hops. Mostly malts. Easy to drink, especially on cask. Thats the point.
