(Bottle) Hazy pinkish amber with off white head. Lovely sour aroma with funky yeasty hints. Light body, very well carbonated giving mouth-filling sensation. Pleasant tart start with raspberry notes. Quickly develops complex spicy bitterness and basil hints. Interesting, but rather aggressive taste.

Just about perfect. The raspberry and basil aromas and flavours have been captured precisely. A really fresh beer, tart, fruity, and aromatic. Very well done.
