28th February 2016
Hazy amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is airy and has a fine carbonation. Smooth malts, sweet caramel and a touch of cream. A slightly odd apples and pears thing going on in the mid. Spicy piney hops kick in, underneath there is a light touch of skunk and ripe tropical fruits. Light finish. Decent but Mad Hatter have done better DIPAs. May need some more time this one!
