On tap @ Stone Liberty Station. Hazed mahogany pour with a thin layer of khaki foam. Nice bourbon, vanilla, and oak on the nose. Plenty of caramel and some marshmallow. Pretty toasty and a hint of chocolate. Sweet on the tongue and lots of caramelized sugars and vanilla. Nice bourbon, some dark fruits, and fudge. Good marshmallow, coconut, and some maple. On tap at Bistro BA Fest poured a cloudy brown with a lasting amber head. Aromas of bourbon, oak, vanilla, carmel and fruittiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. On tap at Bistro BA Fest. Pours dark brown with a bourbon and toffee aroma and a thin beige head. There is a carbonated raisin and bourbon flavor with a very warm alcohol trail.

Tap at The Rackhouse, 12/17/2012. Clear dark tawny brown with a thin dissipating beige head. Aroma was intense and magical; lots of brown sugar, boozy bourbon, vanilla, caramel, raisins/figs, and a hint of dark cherry and port tones. Flavor was magnificent and full and balanced and smoothly carbonated. Lots of oaked bourbon an brown sugar on the front end, without being too sharp or boozy. Then it gets kinda syrupy and sweet for a moment before returning to an oaked and vanilla twinged wave of caramel, figs, toffee, and black cherries. Brown sugar and oak finish with some boozy warmth. Pour on tap at Rackhouse, hazy dark reddish brown pour with off white head, aroma brought big notes of dark fruits, lots of caramel, toffee, slight roast into big bourbon, oak, and vanilla, slight coconut. This one poured a murky light brown color with a beige head. Aroma was lots of old barrel, oak, maple, and dark fruits. falvor was caramel sweetness and fruits upfront, followed by mellowed barrel and wood with a maple finish oka, but seemed to be in the barrel too long.
