COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Jam 72 is a sneaky West Coast IPA you keep smelling and sipping until you get drunk.

We aimed for spicy/grapefruit tones to be dominant with little maltiness. Its not an ideal choice if you want your tongue numb from bitterness though.

MarkoNm (2832) - Novo mesto, - JUL 15, 2017
Pours hazy and dark coppery color, topped with medium sized, slowly settling off-white head. Fruity nose with some chewing gum present, quite noticeable biscuity malty back. Medium bitterness with some caramel biscuits adding sweetness, as well as some peaches. Pretty noticeable malty character, a bit held back bitterness and medium body. Very nicely hidden alcohol. Very fine one.

inbirraveritas (1601) - Budapest, HUNGARY - SEP 20, 2017
Bottled, 330 ml. Unclear amber colour, medium sized creamy off-white head, which leaves some lace. Ripe fruity nose and aroma with caramel and bread underpainted by mild resin and flowers, mouthfeel is slick. Lingering, sweetbitter, gently warming finish escorted by mild resiny and earthy hops. Refined, nice.

Demens (471) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JUL 10, 2017
0,33l bottle. Cloudy dark copper colour with long lasting huge and fluffy off-white head. Aroma: Fruity and floral, pine, grape, citrus notes with a slight candy sugar/honey tone. Taste: Has a sweet fruity start with a significant malty caracter than a decent but soft bitter mouthfeel. The hoppy caracter should be a bit more stronger it’s more like a malty apa but tastes great and has a warming feel. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium lasting gently bitter finish.

Good balance between the malty body and the perfect hoppiness. Though it’s a strong beer, it has no harsh alcoholic taste.

klm1 (1736) - Bled/SF, - JUN 5, 2017
UPDATED: JUL 8, 2017 pours amber, slightly clear, with long lasting foamy white head. Aroma: medium hop aroma with notes of citruses, especially grapefruit, supported with marmelade-like notes and moderate biscut, toffee-like malt aroma. flavour follows aroma: medium hop flavours with notes of grapefruit, some other citruses and marmelade. Malt flavour takes on biuscuit, with hint of toffee..hop bitterness is moderate medium and it should be higher for the style it represents...finish is slightly dry, light bitter. Body is medium, texture soft, carbonation is medium
