Sample from bottle @ CBC 2014.
App: Hazy yellow.
Aroma: Lots of lemon with som spicy hints of brett and hops.
Taste: Ouff! Weird stuff. Just a big punch of sweet and citric lemonade with some soapy and spicy notes.
Palate: Medium body, oliy.

APPEARANCE- Copper / amber color, slightly difficult to see through, there is a noticeable lack of carbonation. NOSE- Starts with hints of strawberry and turns into heavy notes of ginger as I continue my sniffing ritual. FLAVOR- super dry is first thing that I get. Its a bit sweet. The sour aspect of this beer isnt very strong. It resembles citrusy type of sour flavors. NOTES- Not your average sour. This is an excellent beer. Ive had it for a couple years, and moved it half way across the country. It was worth it!

UPDATED: MAR 31, 2016 Interesting combination of aromas including vinegar, evergreen, wild strawberries (mulberry too?), citrus peel, dried tropical fruits and some funk and mint... more and more is discovered as I keep inhaling; cloudy peach copper color, fluffy off-white head; sweet and tangy at first, various berries, Meyer lemon, fresh lime juice, light tartness, more dry through the finish, great citrus sourness overall; medium body, lightly carbonated; excellent beer, very complex and flavorful, quite different than the usual sour beer, I am really enjoying this beer!

Bottle. Pours clear copper with rapidly settling, fine, white head. Moderate lacing. Aroma is big spruce and pine, resin, citrus, rind, and mildly floral. Flavor is citrus, tangerine, fading into a floral, lemongrass, citrus, sweet spruce, and lightly resinous finish. Lingering sweet citrus and spruce aftertaste. Light citrus tartness, with balanced sweetness. Flavors come across fairly clean. Soft carbonation, light to medium body, and lightly sticky texture. Improved with age.

from Erzbierschof - pours a pretty clear bronze beer with a persistent foam; tart and very citric aroma; strong fresh and perfumy notes of yuzu; medium-bodied, fizzy and very tasty, citric and solidly sour; quite dry and long tart citrusy, piney and yuzu aftertaste with a lingering sourness- pretty impressive
