From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is estery and slight spcied. Dry, estery and slight fruity. Herbal and mild spiced finish.

On tap at brewpub.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a nice looking hazy golden orange color with a slim bar pour’s kind of head. Barely any lacing.
The smell had some sweet cracker to light lemon sweetness. Lighter in the wheat and coriander than expected.
The taste was mainly malty sweet with a nice slight spice of the coriander blending in to accompany a nice aftertaste. Smooth finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a great sessionability about it. Carbonation runs fairly light.
Overall, I say this was a really nice witbier that I would have again.

cloudy thin yellow. No nose at all. Very lemony, like lemon bread, very wheat heavy and a great body. thin taste but it has a nice mineral water taste.

Draft at the brewpub. Garnished with an orange. Pours unclear gold with a flimsy, white head. Pleasant aroma with citrus, coriiander, definitely some wheat. Light-medium sweet flavor with pleasant citrus nuance, doughy wheat, some hay, slight phenols, coriander, lemon peel. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet but nicely balaned to finish, with faint traw and rind bitterness, a bit of orange. Very nice witbier.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours golden yellow with a white head. Fruity citrus, coriander, some zesty tanginess, and a lighter sweetness. Pretty enjoyable and drinkable.

The beer looks great with a nice hazy orange hue that passes very little light through it, a decent white head and mild lacing on the glass. The beer smells decent with a nice blend of lemon/orange citrus, mild clove and corriander, and a wheat finish. The taste is great with a nice mild sweet orange and clove that gives away to a nice wheat finish. The mouthfeel is decent as the beer is decently carbonated and leaves you with a mild sweetness. Overall, the best beer I had from them and a decent White Ale.

On tap at the brewpub with Erica 07.08.2013. Murky, yellow-orange pour. Light beer overall with some citrus notes; it was a little tart. Not overwhelmingly artificial like a Blue Moon, which is what I feared when the bartender compared it to that. Not bad.

Included as part of a sampler at the restaurant. I found most of the beers here to be average to below average. Nothing very memorable from what we were able to taste during our visit.

On tap at the brewpub and served with an orange wedge for whatever reason.
Pours a murky cloudy light grapefruit juice without much of a head or retention. Smell is lemony with a spicy wheat aroma. I pick up oranges as well, but I’m not sure if that came form the beer or the wedge I tossed aside. Taste follows the aroma fairly well and was better than I thought it would be. Mildly spicy with lemon and pepper and phenols. Medium body and level of carbonation, tart slick mouthfeel. Decent wit that I enjoyed.
