Can from the baldwizard for free beer week. Light cloudy gold. Nose is citrus and some sweeter fruits. Tastes of lemon, strawberry, hay, light resin and soap. Semi sweet and light bitters Strangebrewer (1309) - Chatham, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 31, 2017
can. Poured clear amber with a silky head. Fresh hopped aroma. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, creamy mouthfeel. Bready malt flavour, buttery with herbal hops, notes of pepper and citrus peel. Astringent finish. shigadeyo (3739) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAR 31, 2017
3/13/2017 (can from fresh 6-pack): Yet another local beer that I’ve had many times, but have never rated... So, I am not a MadTree fan and PsycHOPathy is one of their beers that I like least. There is just something about the weird toasted maltiness and overly grassy/floral/perfumy hoppiness that I just don’t like. The combination doesn’t work for me in this beer. Hazy golden color, soapy mouthfeel. Yes, that’s it... THIS BEER TASTES SOAPY TO ME. Tons of people love it and they obviously sell massive amounts of PsycHOPathy, but MadTree has made far better IPAs that somehow never get made again since they apparently don’t want to possibly replace one of their flagships. Oh well, at lest the can design is cool. mar (5417) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAR 25, 2017
Gold with a white head. Fresh hops, citrus, florals, light earth and sticky. Smooth palate, bright hops yup front, florals, sweet, citrus, light lemon and a clean finish. arn8897 (392) - Trenton, Ohio, USA - MAR 4, 2017
Pours a cloudy straw color with a white head. Aromas of hops and citrus. Taste is more citrusy than piney. Hop bitterness at the finish. Thin mouth feel. Very nice beer.

Cool can. Solid citrus flavor over bright and sessionable body. Enjoyed this one quite a bit. jandd1983 (4330) - Wentzville, Missouri, USA - NOV 26, 2016
Can. It poured a hazy golden color with a white head. The aroma was of floral hops, some grass and citrus. The taste was similar to the aroma with more hops, citrus, grass and a bitter finish. Good stuff. Huhzubendah (3705) - Washington DC, USA - OCT 19, 2016
On draft at Maple Wod in Cincinatti, OH.
Hazy, light orange body with a thick, soapy white head. Aromas of bitter pine, grapefruit zest. Hop forward with bitter citrus peel, finishing dry. Solid. edwardbass (839) - Illinois, USA - AUG 12, 2016
Shared by a beer buddy - thanks! This might be my first craft beer from Cincinnati. Aroma is lost on me. When colder, it had an unpleasant metallic taste in the background, but now that it’s warmed a bit, I get citrus hops and a mild malt backbone. It’s OK, but certainly nothing special. burg326 (5482) - Florida, USA - JUL 17, 2016
Poured a golden color with aromas of fresh hops, grassy hops, citrus and light malt. Flavors are fresh hops, cotrus, light dryness very enjoyable and crushable, sold have a lot of this in one sitting.
