Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and heavy bitter with a long duration, dark chocolate, dark roasted malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100407]

Bottled. A pitch black beer with a huge bubbly dark brown head. The aroma has strong notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, and roasted malt - very inviting. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of roasted malt as well as medium notes of dark chocolate, and some cocoa, as well as hints of vanilla, leading to a dry roasted finish, where the chocolate notes lingers for a long time.
