Golden yellow in colour. Aroma of apricots, mild hops and slightly sweet. Flavour was of apricots, hops, very sweet. Medium bodied. Finishes very sweet and dry. Not bad but I can appreciate Dogfish Head ApriHop a lot better. Radek Kliber (7369) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - JUN 7, 2004
White head, clear pleasant slightly hoppy nose. Nice soft fruity aroma, matches well medium bodied, well rounded ale Very drinkable. Nice apricot finish. jercraigs (10591) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 7, 2004

March 2007. Draft @ Coles in Buffalo. Golden yellow with a small white head. Fruity apricot aroma (6+) with similar fruit character in the flavour. Light wheaty tartness to the malt base. Average palate is slightly more full but not quite medium. Pleasant but does not make me reach for another. 6+/3/6+/13 - 3.2
June 2004. Mondial. Bottle. Yellow amber body with a white head. Slighty fruity apricot in the aroma. Pleasant, fairly light and restrained apricot flavour. Quite pleasant and easy to drink. Very well balanced, and not at all cloying. Mondiale 3T (Radek). 6/3/7/3/15 - 3.4
Nasty apricots on nasty toasted white bread. Deep gold body. Moderately sweet flavor becomes a lightly sweet, lightly bitter. No no no. Medium body, oily texture, lively carbonation. The bottom line is: ack. hopnpop (73) - Wexford, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 4, 2004
Been to a hair salon lately? I think this beer was too. The aroma reminds me of hair dye and perfume. Unfortunately, it tastes like hair dye too. Perhapo I had a bad bottle. Regardless, I’ll leave this one for the stylists to enjoy. Yuck!!

hm, not bad, not great either. i couldnt drink more than the 22 oz i bought of it though. pours orange colored. strong smell of apricot. apricot taste too, but this is a kind of pleasent taste to accompany the brew. not something i would buy again, but its not something to pour out either. worth trying once. harlequinn (2744) - Tacoma, Washington, USA - JUN 1, 2004
This is like eating a bucket of buttered popcorn, whew! Lots of apricot in the aroma, even when the bottle is first popped. Slightly overwhelming. This is like eating a piece of white bread toast with lots of butter and apricot jam, not cloying our sour, but definitely over the top. As the cap says, ’you can win, if you can grin.’ JoeM500 (1908) - Crown Point, Indiana, USA - JUN 1, 2004
Hazy orange. fast rising bubble and lively white head. Sea salt and dry apricot nose. Very fruity throughout, dry at the back of my throat. Some strange bitter and sour notes wrestled at the finish. I also found some strange rotten-like flavor lurking in the finish. skaughty (652) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - MAY 31, 2004
nice lacing - apricot blast. Nice complex nose to match. Buttery all the way! pobenohne (504) - Northern Liberties, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 28, 2004
12 oz bottle at Tom’s 30th in New Haven. This is an improvement over the earlier Coronas. Mildly hopped, modest body, hint of apricots?
