A grade above ho hum. There was a time that I would buy apricot nectar and mix with carbonated mineral water ... Not bad, not terrible, but makes me wonder how it can be so prevalent. Okay, now I remember how widespread BMC is .. okay beer. Maybe if I was really hot and didn’t want a "real" beer. Cornboy (424) - Eastampton, New Jersey, USA - MAY 2, 2004
Very nice light summery beer. The ratings are based as "on-tap". Bottled version tastes stale and old comparitively speaking.
A higher apricot presence than Dogfish heads aprihop, but overall not as good.
Could only drink one or two of these before I had to move on... ericnixon (745) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAY 2, 2004
Average copper color with an interesting apricot flavor. There was a malty tang evident in the aftertaste after it was all said and done. Kinz (3786) - Glen Allen, Virginia, USA - APR 29, 2004
Aroma is a bit fruity, with some earhty hops. Nice orange body. Flavor is of tropical fruit (apricot apparently) woven into a good American pale. Easy drinker and tasty. DocLock (11189) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 28, 2004
On draft at the Manayunk event. Pours gold, with aroma of malt, hops, slight citrus, and slight fruit. Tastes like a somewhat fruity, less hoppy pale, with a decent finish. Not bad.

One of my personal favorites. Has a very nice clean golden look to it. There is a enticing aroma of apricot and hops and a big and natural fruit flavor that meshes nicely with the malt. The hops are present and don't hide behind the apricot, but are not the main part of this beer. I bring back a 6 every time I go to New England. (Bottle) Amber/orange in color with a small white head. Good hop flavor that is moderated by the apricots. Easy drinking; an very good beer that I'd never turn down. BennyTicklez (621) - USA - APR 24, 2004
Pours cloudy orange with a average head. Small apricot flavor and scent. Somewhat bitter, but enjoyable. dberger624 (1028) - Voorhees, New Jersey, USA - APR 22, 2004
Bottled. Not a bad beer. I'm just not a big fan of Apricots. Kind of took away the hoppiness for me. zach8270 (4021) - Henrietta, New York, USA - APR 18, 2004
UPDATED: DEC 11, 2008 [bottle] Amber color with a very thin head. Aroma of fruit, mainly apricots. Very interesting taste... fruity and crisp with nice malty blend and finish.
