Can off cousin Matt. Dusty orange with a generous, dense-lacing head. Aroma of vanilla, vomited pine and peach throat sweets. Soggy honeyed peach-infused batter and wholemeal flavour. Not remotely lager-like. Or beer like, really. Peach, sick and menthol. Aniseed or caraway. All unsubtly mashed together. Why would you make a beer taste like this? Strange fluid. Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a fair head and bit of lacing. Aroma of citrus, bit of malt sweetness and is quite floral. Taste of citrus, bit of caramel and grain. Moderate bitterness and a clean finish. Fairly light body, crisp with a bit of a grainy feel. nimbleprop (8382) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - MAY 28, 2016
Bottle at an art opening pours clear orange with some cloudy, white head. Nose is OK, grass, lemon, some grist, a little stale. Flavor follows right along, a little cardboard, grass, straw, mild malt. Dry finish. OK. vomit (260) - Michigan, USA - APR 14, 2016
"Dream Machine" my ass! This stuff is a bloody nightmare.Val Blatz dreamed a little dream and his blessed pleasure elixir was born.....and that ushered in an unheralded era of peace, prosperity and wanton bacchanalian orgies of unheralded proportions. When you want to wake from the dream of dreams to find yourself in lockdown at the local jail, imbibe a case of Blatz and LIVE THE DREAM!!!! oldrtybastrd (5002) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - APR 10, 2016
Pours a deep golden yellow. Nice aromas of hops/citrus/peppery. Nice hoppy flavor, spicy/pepper, alcohol shows up in the back end.

Bottle. Nose of malt, caramel, faint citrus. Dark amber pour with white head that died too quickly. Initial watery mouth feel, but then the hops show up. Kind of an odd thing if you ask me. After taste is late but nicely bitter. Slightly higher alcohol content not detected. Little malt. Leaves a bitter coating in the mouth. Kind of a strange brew, but overall OK. I like Dream Machine, but I don’t love it. It’s bitter enough to want to cook with rather than drink, and as a beer for cooking, it’s quite good. I’ve used it in the crock pot with chicken a half dozen times and it really adds something to it. jmgreenuk (9450) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - NOV 21, 2015

Poured out of the bottle a slightly cloudy amber. 16ºSRM.
Nose is beery and wheaty with a clean citrus finish.
Mouthfeel is carbonated and light. There are sweet, malty, bready, biscuit flavors, cut by some nice fresh hops.
The finish is brief, clean with a herbaceously fresh bitterness.
Nice balanced lager. Not much character, but a very balanced, well thought out and executed brew.
Very nice and very pleasant recommended for first time hop explorers.
