COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Dream Machine, an India Pale Lager or IPL, is a melding of varied visions of an India Pale Ale and an Amber Lager. Once poured, its light copper color delights the eyes and a citrusy hop aroma flows through the nose. Upon first sip, a smooth hop bitterness reveals itself - fresh, bold and slightly spicy - before subtle hints of mild maltiness appear. A big hop bite and a crisp, clean lager finish combine for a beautifully balanced beer. Take Dream Machine for a spin and let your reverie begin.

Clear orange pour, floral hops and grains in the aroma. Taste is light floral and grassy hops with grain and a decent amount of bitterness.

Bottle. Pretty average beer. Wasn't a huge fan. I'm more of an IPA guy and now I know why. Not a #9... ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Neverweiser (1) - Scio, USA - JUL 27, 2014 does not count
When I first found this at a new bar on draft, I thought "how gimmicky, let’s try to get people who can’t handle intense hops of ipa", but was blown away at how refreshingly lighter but still hoppy it was. For summer, its as good a beer as I can imagine.

GIJOE (1256) - North Berwick, Maine, USA - JUL 27, 2014
On tap at the student center, Middlebury College. Clear copper-colored pour with a moderate, off-white head that stays a while. Sparce lacing. A bit of hop in the nose; grassy and citrus notes. Taste is predominately sweet, but there is a nice hop bite under the malty core. Medium body, vigorous carbonation. Drinkable brew.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass yellow with a thick head Aroma is bready hops. Flavor is citrus smooth mild & quite drinkable. Surprisingly I really liked this brew & I am NOT a fan of IPL. The balance here is very well done. Would easily drink this brew again.

jkwood04 (5463) - Connecticut, USA - JUL 24, 2014
12oz bottle. Looks lighter/amber color. Aroma of floral and lightly piney hops, pale and caramel malts, and some bread and dough. Flavor the same. Average texture. A decent beer but could be hoppier.

2.7
Stampion (288) - Washington, Washington DC, USA - JUL 12, 2014
Decent. Citrusy, hoppy, and does finish crisp like a lager. It's fine, but nothing special, and more confusing than it needs to be. There's a reason IPL isn't really a beer term you hear. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
