Hi.P.A. is a medium-bodied groove with a fresh and fruitful nose of tympanic temptation. It begins and ends with a big hop bite that is itself forever balanced on the brink by a steady rhythm of malt. Dry-hopped for extra quenching in the face of heat and beat, it’s an ideal accompaniment to chilling out, turning inward or sailing onward through the music of the night toward the dawn of the mind. It’s the liquid way to say be here now lest you never come this way again.

12oz Bottle. The pour was a hazy golden yellow with an average (1-2 finger) white creamy head that had great retention and excellent sheeting of lacing. The aroma was of light grain malts, floral hops and a soapy yeast with notes of caramel and citrus (orange). The taste was bitter from the get go with a mild caramel sweetness slowly creeping in, and then became mostly hoppy with a strong citrus peel bitterness and a slight peppery ending. The flavor lasted quite a while after the swallow with a good bold hoppiness left lying on the taste buds. Mouthfeel was light in body and dry in texture with a medium carbonation. Overall a very satisfying IPA with lots of flavor and a damn good hoppy presence...

Bottle from variety pack w chump. The label should say it’s like you’re sailing onward toward the DUSK of the mind. I feel the dawn to be more saison-y.

On tap at magic hat brewing. Pours out a crisp clear pale golden topped with a white head. Nose is light hops pine and some citrus. Taste more of the light hope notes and some cereal. Pretty lacking in my opinion.

Poured from a bottle. Pours a cloudy bright amber with a medium foamy white head. Light carbonation and plenty of lacing. Semi-sweet fruity aroma with notes of light spices and biscuit. Taste is fairly bitter citrus rind with a somewhat dry finish. Not very refreshing. Not as good as I expected.

Bottle from IPA pack purchased at brewery. This is my least favorite from the pack, but it's still an excellent IPA. I find this one a little too bitter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Note: 6+/10

En fût sur place. Parfums floraux et citronnés avec une dose contrôlée de malts. Au goût, fruits et fleurs, fine résine, céréales secondaires. Corps moyen et actif. Finale amère et acidulée. Bien correct.

12oz bottle that I found rotting in the back of my fridge. Courtesy of dmac I believe. Pours a crystal clear light golden orange with 2 fingers of frothy white head. Aroma of old grains and rotting citrus, with some weird yeast notes in the finish. Taste of bad lemons, citrus skins, caramel malt, yeast, and honey. Some medicinal notes as well. Meh

bottled - pale golden color. Decent head. Refreshing, not super hoppy. Not much aroma. Cool label.

Fruity, hoppy aroma and taste. A little creamy, frothy, bitter finish. Some malt. Fairly light, nothing too strong way or another that sticks out.
