COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our take on the classic summer wheat beer...it’s a light, crisp ale for mowing lawns, hitting lazy fly balls and communing with nature. Glowing like brilliant rays of golden sun, its malty sweetness finishes tart and crisp. Hocus Pocus is best appreciated with a wedge of orange. Offered as a sacrifice to cloudless days.

Murky yellow, not a lasting head whatsoever. This is a very bland tasting, hot weather beer. Nearly no hops, but a mild sweetness, like honey. Very easy to drink, but not robust or particulary flavorful

Cloudy golden color, little head. Semi sweet nose with a taste that turns dry, finishes that way.

Lemony tart and tangy up front. The medium thick body is very smooth, almost "oily". Towards the end, I started to taste a little powdered sugar on the tip of my tongue. An interesting brew - I almost wouldn't have guessed it to be a wheat.

Slightly hazy orange with quickly dissipating head. Sweet aroma, but also a bit of hoppy bite lurking. Taste is muted tartness, high-quality cardboard, and is fairly watery. Mild bitter/sour aftertaste.

Average. Not too strong a flavor. It had a nice appearance, minimal body, and non-offensive finish.

Though I don’t care for the American Wheat style, I’ll try to be objective here. This is very representative of the style: not much taste of wheat, lightly hopped, crisp. In short, this is a drinkable blonde ale, IMHO. If you like this style, you will think this is just fine.

Golden yellow hue. Grass, wet hay aroma. Head dissipates immediately. Short quick seetness, light bodied, then the sweet comes back, and finishes crisp and quick. Wheat is obvious, but tempered. Nothing special.

Man, this beer smells, and even, initially, tastes like budweiser. Bland to the extreme, but leaves a decent, light finish. I guess, if I weren’t into good beer, this would be great. Magic Hat really disappoints me with this one.

Not Magic Hat’s best, but very decent nonetheless. For some reason reminded me of Sam Adams.

nice light summer ale, good balance of wheat and malt notes. swweeet with a tart citric finish.
