COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Stop and smell the petals. Pistil is a summer beer unlike any other, brewed with a combination of dandelion petals, Pale and Acidulated malts, flaked oats, and Apollo and Northern Brewer hops that results in a one-of-a-kind beer with a slightly sour acidity and a smooth malt body. Perfect for taking down deep thirst.

slight ly floral smell with some grass. not much in the way of smells. appears intriguing. almost a green yellow with two finger white foam head on pour. touch of hops, some pilsneresque malt character. interesting session beer. seems to be a lager? huh. not bad, but not as crazy as it sounds, ends up being a sort of typical lager with more informed grassy notes in smell and flavor cause there might be a little grass in it.....

Cloudy amber. Citrusy and hoppy. Not what I was expecting but still decent. Not a bad ale but didn't blow my socks off ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz bottle pours yellow with a thin white head. Aromas are faint some slight floral notes and citrus with some slight bread. Flavor is watery and very weak but on the bitter side. Body is thin and watery with a weak finish

Had a glass on tap at Alexandrias as part of a flight. Delicious, light, refreshing, simple

Aroma: Clean aroma, almost watery, with hints of cooked vegetables. Appearance: Cloudy pale yellow with minimal head. Taste: Medium sourness all the way through. Palate: Light body, slick texture, flat carbonation, long herbal finish. Overall: Drinkable, but the herbal taste overwhelms. I’m not impressed.

Not much of an aroma other than a generalized, light fruitiness. A bit of carbonation. Light yellow color. Taste is of mild dandelion, with hops and decent bitterness. Not my favorite, but a decent and crisp unique beer nonetheless.

Clear straw no head. Light floral aroma. Light body light taste cat pee. Metallic. Was really hoping there would be at least a little bit of good flavor to talk about.

Cloudy pale hue, white creamy diminishing head, lots of sentiment that dissipates cloudy to clear, smells flowery and perfumey, juicy and sweet, minimal hops, tad of honey, interesting and refreshing. Would drink not buy
