The ancient ritual of brewing a distinctly rich and flavorful beer is a performance to behold. Our mysterious melange of time honored ingredients harmonize with chaotic chemistry, humble patience, and blind faith to create this unique beer to share in the rousing company of kindred spirits. Cheers!

A pious piece of a seldom-brewed German style, Saint Saltan is tart, light and crisp. Salt and coriander combine with traditional Hallertaur hops to create a holy and sessionable sipping experience.

Nice yeast and coriander aroma. Very light head. Flavor of coriander and salt in the end. Very light texture, wanted something with more flavor. Decent summer brew however

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with a foamy white head. Aroma is yeasty, with coriander, hints of bread and citrus. Taste is grainy, coriander, yeast, with the salt coming in at the end.

Pours pale yellow with foamy head. Nose has some citrus and clove followed by an aroma of dirty socks... Not much flavor, kind of reminds me of Budweiser, but with a dry finish.

Bottle poured a clear gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, bread dough, salt and light coriander. Palte was light bodioed and smooth. Flavors of bread, salt, light coriander and light yeast with a smooth lingering salt bread finish.

Clear golden with a thin fading white head. Spicy nose of tart berry-like sourness, bitter coriander, and an earthy underlying sweetness. Flavor is crisp and smooth, with a wheaty sweet undertone, peppery yeast, a touch of bitterness, coriander, and pale grains. Not shabby.

Zero head, fairly carbonated though, no real taste to it...just like tonic water...slightest fruit hint...no hops or malt ... smell dissipates quickly

This is not all that much like a gose - mostly, this just tastes like a mildly spicy wheat beer - no tartness/sourness - not character from the salt - a bit of toasty, grainy character through the middle and finish - there is nothing particularly bad about it, but I am kind of disappointed, as I was hoping for something I didn’t get.

12 oz bottle. Pours pale, golden and slightly hazy (SRM 6.0). Mild aroma of biscuits, lemons, spices/herbs, salt and cilantro. Light body with a crisp feel. Interesting salty spiced flavor that’s light and similar to the aroma. Pretty tasty and refreshing. I never knew about the "gose" beer style, pretty cool.

Poured a kind of cloudy golden straw color with a thin white head. Aroma is lemon, spice, pepper, bubblegum, and faint spruce. Taste is lemon, pear, spice, with a dry finish.

Bottle from the Spring Variety Pack, shared with Caressa. Crystal clear golden pour, small head which recedes rather quickly. The aroma is floral, corny, lagerish, sweet. Light bodied, floral, coriander, husky grains, cracker, mellow saltiness. Creaminess on the finish. Underrated.
