Interesting slightly malty and faintly salty beverage. Just a hint of caramel sweetness, but a somewhat thin mouthfeel.
Pours a cloudy golden yellow with fizzy head. Aromas of coriander, sea water, citrus. Flavors are mostly coriander with a touch of funk...one of the lower end Gose I’ve had. Disappointing. LuckyDog (615) - - JAN 2, 2015
Everyone seems to be doing a Gose these days. This is less sour than most. The coriander is understated. Very smooth and drinkable. jandd1983 (4276) - Wentzville, Missouri, USA - MAR 2, 2014
It poured a hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma was grainy pale malt and mild hop citrus. The taste was of grainy malts, fairly sweet, with some notes of faint fruit and hop citrus. Tstamba (775) - Maryland, USA - FEB 13, 2014
From a bottle to a tulip. Pale gold with thin white head. Faint aroma of sweet malt and some spice (coriander?). Citrus and spice with sweet dry finish... Not bad.

P: Minimal white head that fades fast and holds close to the edge leaving a well of crystal clear golden brew.
S: Fresh grains, subtle citrus, salt, maybe honey mustard, pilsner malt and coriander. Aroma is simple but clean.
T/M: I’m not tasting the Gose in this at all. It lacks tartness and is really much more of a pilsner than a Gose. The taste follows the nose with crisp grains and honeyed citrus with the addition of a white grape wine like profile. After taste is like lemon camomile tea and leaves the palate wet. Carbonation is spicy and nice on the medium body that finishes grainy. Second beer brings more acidity and a similarity to sparkling water like lemon San Pellegrino. I think I may have missed out on the yeast at the bottom the frat time. Much better the second go round.
O: I was really excited to grab this Gose. I love the style but this was not a success. Overall the beer was easy drinking and tastes great. My withdraw us the style choosing for this beer. Didn’t really hit the mark stylistically but I would drink this regularly.

Never had a gose before. Everyone says this isn’t a good representation, but I thought it tasted pretty good. Bricks (1118) - Delaware, USA - AUG 21, 2013
Smells of watery tart grape juice.. not like beer. Looks like watered down urine. Taste is extremely neutral, but a tad salty. Goes down like water. Poundable beer. DrinkinWell (389) - - AUG 18, 2013
I’m a sucker for gose beers so I’m a bit biased toward this one. Salty but not too salty. Light citrus (lemon or coriander) with nice malts. foyle (421) - Wyoming, USA - JUL 21, 2013
Appearance: pours a 1/2" white head that recedes quickly with virtually no lacing. Color is a hazy golden with sediment in suspension and significant carbonation present.
Aroma: smells much like a pilsener to me (this is my first ever Gose style). There is a smell of clean water, lightly toasted malts, a little yeast, and maybe a slight tart hop smell.
Mouthfeel: is light and watery. Finish is fairly dry.
Flavor: tastes much like a pilsener combined with a wheat beer. There is a pleasant barley malt flavor with a mild hop bitterness and just a hint of spice (from the coriander I assume, but it is not strong the way coriander sometimes shows up in Belgian style ales). jredmond (8202) - New York, New York, USA - JUN 19, 2013
Bottle at Clockwork’s 4K/5K/10K gathering. Pours a clear, golden body with white lacing. Aroma is standard pale lager and grain. Mouthfeel is light with notes of grass, grain, cereal, and some faint malts. Super plain overall and boring as all hell. A poor and misleading representation of the Gose style.
