A refreshingly unfiltered summer wheat. Some light malt sweetness and a faint bready character, balanced by a touch of hop character and finishing with a thirst quenching hint of ginger.

December 2015. Can off Cousin Matt. Peach mistiness with a tight Gillette head. Regurgitated peach throat sweet, banana shrimp, encrusted honey, extruded rabbit food nose. Anodyne flabby pastry and cherry stone taste. Old banana chips. Rubber glove. Brackish without being salty. About as summery as a slurp of the rabbit tray.

NikkTwist (3457) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 23, 2016
UPDATED: OCT 23, 2016 Draft at The Irish Pol. Very top of a keg. Hazy golden yellow pour with a large amount of soapy white foam. Thick mess of lace. Lots of ginger root going on here. Moderately spicy citrus hops. Lemon. Clementine. Bamboo. Lemongrass. Medium-light blonde malts underneath. Ginger soap. Not particularly wheaty. Better when cold. Refreshing but not a go-to.

kramer (6991) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 8, 2016
Bottle Pours a clear gold body with a one finger fizzy white head that had decent retention. The nose is pretty heavy on the ginger, without much else making it past. The flavor is much the same way as well, all ginger without much any malt or wheat making it past. Light bodied and fizzy with a lingering ginger finish. Can’t say that I’d drink this one with any regularity.

Smells something of soap.. Tastes like ginger, but a tad medicinal. It’s not bad.
