Tallahassee, Fl. - Market Square Liquors - 12 oz bottle - part of a Spring Mixed 12 pack. Darkish copper pour with a light off-white head. Neutral aroma with just a hint of nuttiness and some roasted malt. Subtly sweet flavor with some toasted bread notes, some nuts, a bit of muted citrus, but overall a bit "mushy" and damp. Mouthfeel, rather plain. FROTHINGSLOSH (8308) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 9, 2010
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured an orange-amber color with a medium sized beige head. The aroma was sweet toasted caramel with a light fruity undertone. The flavor was tangy, sweet and faintly bitter with light notes of nut, caramel and fruit and a hint of smoke. Medium finish and medium body. Pleasant. Bottle thanks to mar. Pours with a minimal head, clear copper body. Aroma is grassy and bready. Fizzy, bitter dry and grassy. Not great. blankboy (7884) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 11, 2011
Bottle [12oz] shared with HogTownHarry & garthicus -- c/o HogTownHarry. Pours a slightly hazy orange-amber with a small diminishing frothy off-white head. Aroma is vegetal, grainy and burnt -- I’m not liking it. Flavour is also vegetal and grainy along with sweet malt and a hint of nuts. Light to average bodied. It’s so "blah" and "meh".

The only new stuff at my local beer store. This beer pours a clear caramel with a thick one finger head. Nice lacing. A nice aroma is malty and smoky. Flavors of dry malt and tart hops. Some applesauce, earth. The hops just don’ work with the malt base. CaptainCougar (7634) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - MAR 29, 2010
Bottle: Pours a transparent dark copper amber with a stringy-lacing froth of light tan head. Aroma of lightly sweet, toasty nutty malts with a touch of caramel toffee and some noble hops. Has pretty decent body and carbonation for the style with some toasty pale malts and light sweetness fairly well balanced with grassy hop bitterness and floral character before a drier, bready finish. Pretty true to style and drinkable, but could use a touch more sweetness. Ughsmash (7502) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 19, 2010
Bottled. Poured medium amber with a short, easily-resuscitated off-white head. The aroma picked up sweet caramel and toffee notes with hints of molasses and vanilla.. dry, toasted grassy hops around.. I enjoyed the yeast they used in here. The flavor found more of the sweet caramel and molasses at the core.. bright earthy hoppage and vanilla surrounded.. light peppery yeast laced throughout.. spicy on the finish, picking up touches of tobacco and peppery notes. Light-medium bodied with at least moderate carbonation on the palate.. spicy with a solid flow across the palate.. well done. Radek Kliber (7501) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - APR 7, 2011

Aroma fresh aromatic hop character, slightly fruity with sweet malt as base.
Appearance cloudy amber garnet. Medium tanned top.
Flavor and Palate : Medium bodied with thinner sides. Nutty with sweet caramel like malts. Rather flat at finish accented by some herbal citric notes.
Aroma is spiced bread, hard to describe. The flavor is spicy bread but not rye, malts and a hint of hops in the finish. Hard to place the flavor for this, pretty good.
