COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cannonball is an India Pale Ale in the true tradition, high in alcohol and massively hopped to survive a long sea voyage. We don’ t want you to wait though, crack the cap and let the flavour explode on your palate. Tropically fruity, resinous hops compete against a sweet malty backbone, while a rasping bitterness builds to a mouth puckering crescendo. Our hop bomb might just blow you away…

Quite hoppy. So many different fruits--both citrus and tropical--and yet this beer is far from one-dimensional and has some great malt character. Mmm.

Bottle, courtesy of minutemat in EuroLocalSwap, many thanks! Pours lightly cloudy yellow with a hint of amber. Little head. Aroma is on the earthy wooden side of the spectrum, with forest floor and pine needles, yet still some tropical fruit. Medium body with lots of residual sweetness, a heavy bitterness and a decent carbonation. All these strong impressions harmonize well though, making for a juice beverage. Palate is medium sweet and has lingering notes of all of the above. Nice.

Pours a orange golden colour. Big grapefruit, peach orange peel nose. Perfect balance of malt into hop bitterness with a bit of pine resin and tropical fruit. One of the best IPAs I’v ever had, the best from Magic Rock !! Insanely good. Need more !

Can. It pours quite hazy golden with a medium off white head. The aroma is resin, exotic fruity hops and peach. Pale malts. Loads of fruity hops in the flavor with peach and spicy berries in front and resin and pine in the back. Great stuff.
