Keg at North Bar (Magic Rock Halloween takeover). Aroma is brilliant - roasted coffee, chocolate, red wine, a bit of digestive biscuit. Taste is wonderful - the dark chocolate, coffee and raisinish flavours your expect from Dark Arts, but a beautifully mingling plummy character from the red wine, and a vanilla from the barrel. You could easily mistake this for an imperial stout, its got that character. Long, flavourful finish. Utterly beautiful.
Tap @ CBC, cph. Hazy brown, small off white head, some lacing. Malty, sour, fruity. Floral, caramel, tart, red berries, lime, a little spicy, peber. GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - SEP 6, 2014

>> On tap as "Blood Red Barrel Aged Dark Arts" with Pinot Noir barrel specified in the description. Weaker tan lacing atop a cola black pour with red highlights. Nose brings red wine, blackberry, chocolate cake. Taste is light bodied, tangy, blackberry. Clean palate, extremely light for stout but not thin or bland. Great barrel character- tangy and lactic, but not very sour or lemony. No salt character. Very drinkable. Like it more and more as a session funky stout. Love the blackberry nose.
Draft at Churchkey. Dark maroon. Rown color. Aroma is roasty and vinous. Taste is light cocoa with vinous notes. Interesting. Stuu666 (13425) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 13, 2014
Keg at the Hanging Bat. Tart nose, berries, sweet winey taste, chocolate, dry and sour. chimpgibbon (555) - London, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 5, 2014
Keg at BD. Dark tan no head. Ribena, vinous notes, slight industrial alcohol, light coffee, cola. Thin body but with some zing on the tongue. Roller coaster taste- berries, tart vinous, cola cube, coffee, slight astringency. Finishes more like a stout but mineral dryness too.

Keg at Brewdog. Dark brown, small tan head. Aroma - tangy red wine, lots of cherry, sour. Body is medium to light, slightly foamy, low carbonation. Taste is brown sauce, worcester sauce, malts, tannic, sour. This is a bit weird for me - is it meant to be this sour? Still drinkable. Tap at Brewdog Shepherds Bush, this is the crossover between beer and wine. Jet black with an off-white crema, strong red wine nose and body, too much on the barrel and not enough on the beer. radagast83 (8069) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - FEB 21, 2014
Draft at Churchkey. Poured a dark brown color with a small light-tan head. Aroma was dark chocolates, some light barrel and a touch of vinous red wine. Flavor was nice lightly roasted malts, some woody red wine character. Enjoyable. olsvammel (7225) - Örebro, SWEDEN - JAN 26, 2014
On tap at Örebro Ölcafé. Smell of red berries, oak or wood, and red wine. Similar taste but also with roasted notes, coffee and dark chocolate. Thin body and slightly rough. omhper (25132) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JAN 10, 2014
Keg at Olivet Twist, Stockholm. Near black, no head. Licorice aroma with some red wine. Mid dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Coffee and licorice with some red wine, mid bitter finish. Good components, but strange marriage.
