Dark Arts blends 4 malts and bags of whole hops to deliver a decadently deep and indulgent experience. A luxuriously smooth mouthfeel, is followed by spicy hop notes and full flavours of chocolate, liquorice, blackberries and figs. The finish is rich and satisfying with a lingering roasted bitterness. Our stout will convert you to the dark side.

UPDATED: SEP 17, 2017 One of the best Stouts I've ever had. The flavour is superb, with an exceptional after taste. I will buy this every time I see it.

Can 330 ml / Craftgallery - Bern (CH). Roasted aromas, chocolate and coffee for this dark beer with a short head. There is licorice that is also found in taste. Liquorish notes, blackberries, toast ans spices. Beer very tasty with a creamy texture and a finale with a bitter of hop braided by burnt. Sad the coffin of steel.

At Ghent Beer Festival 2017. Cloudy black with a foamy, tan head. The aroma contains roasted malt, dark chocolate, dark fruits, cocoa, coffee, caramel and toasted bread. It tastes medium sweet and light bitter with umami notes and a light roasted finish. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Plain good Stout; I’d like to have it again.

UPDATED: AUG 9, 2017 Magic Rock Dark Arts, 6% - on tap at the GBBF at Kennington Olympia, 2017. Dry aroma of dark chocolate, some liquorice,. Medium body, slightly creamy. Taste starts out dry, too - with dusty black cocoa. Then turns medium sweet, with liquorice, balanced by bitter chocolate, then really sweet, and in the finish and aftertaste: Dry again, with a lasting at ertasten of dark cocoa. Interesting, multilevel stout.

Lata. Deep dark brown, close to black, nice big light brown head. Pleasant roasted maltiness in the aroma along with coffee and chocolate. Flavour has a good roasted maltiness, pleasant indeed, along with coffee, chocolate and dark fruit, medium bitterness and a some fruity hoppiness underneath it all.

[email protected] deep dark brown almost black with foamy light brown head which transforms itself to a ring around the edges of a glass. Aroma: intense, rich malt aroma, roasted grain, licorice and dark fruit esters (obviously figs and blackberries :)) Flavor follows aroma; malts with notes of chocolate, coffee, hint of toffee/caramel, gentle noticeable roasted grain, licorice, there’s also milky notes (lactose???-on can isn’t written), earthy, spicy hop character and dark fruit esters. Finish is dry, (roasted) bitter. Body is medium, texture smooth, carbonation is moderate.

Canned. Pours deep brown with a small tan head. Aroma of slightly roasted malt, chocolate, licorice dark fruits and some citrus. Sweet flavor that ends up being more dry and a little bitter. A very nice Stout.

Brilliant drop...love the chocolate...liquorice roasty flavours..find the finish a bit short though.
