Dark Arts blends 4 malts and bags of whole hops to deliver a decadently deep and indulgent experience. A luxuriously smooth mouthfeel, is followed by spicy hop notes and full flavours of chocolate, liquorice, blackberries and figs. The finish is rich and satisfying with a lingering roasted bitterness. Our stout will convert you to the dark side.

Cask Pint at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico, London in Nov 2011 - Opaque Black in colour. Very Malty; very roasted (almost) burnt malts, lots of coffee, liquorice, dark chocolate, caramel. Fruity; dark fruits, berries. Hoppy; spicy hops. Good malt/fruit/hop balance. Full bodied. Slightly tarry. Bittersweet roasty malty throughout. Dry roasty finish. Very Drinkable. Terrific Stout! Bottle@OHaras, Tampere, Finland. Light/medium aroma with light licorice, malts and some chocolate. Pitch black color with medium, light beige head. medium, averagely balanced taste with licorice, slightly bitter, dark fruits and some lightly roasted malts. Narrow/medium taste spectrum and medium aftertaste with slightly hoppy malts. Medium/light body with light carbonation. Overall, could have more taste and body. Still, good quality and drinkable.
