COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Constructed atop Magic Rock’s signature Golden Promise malt bill and a hefty dose of wheat, rye and oats, this kettle-soured, tropical fruit-witbier takes advantage of several complex brewing techniques and flavours to create a truly beguiling beer. Coriander and turmeric were added into the boil to add zestiness, warming spice and a rich colour, while Citra and Equinox hops added tropical flavours to the body of the beer. ‘BrettTrois’ was then used to wholly ferment the brew and create tartness with delicate hints of mango and pineapple. Finally mango and passionfruit juice were added alongside a bold dry-hopping to create a burst of juicy aromas and flavours.

Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Niewiele tu wita. Kwaskowate, owocowe (marakuja?), orzeźwiające. Ale siarka w aromacie nieco jednak denerwuje.

27/XII/16 - 33cl can @ Tim’s Christmas Tasting - BB: 1/VI/17 (2016-1494) Thanks to ElManana+1 for sharing the can!

Little hazy blond beige beer, small irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: floral, bit fruity, some overripe fruits, mango, bit resinous, coriander, citrus. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: citrus, soft bitterness, very dank and hoppy, grassy, some tropical fruits. Aftertaste: bit spicy, coriander, sweaty feet, resinous, cheesy touch. Great, got all these things just from tasting, without knowing what was in it. Seems like I was able to detect a lot of the ingredients.

Yellow gold, slight haze, tiny white head. Medium body and carb. Aroma has citrus, some tropical fruit and malt. More of the fruit comes through in the taste, particularly the passion fruit and mango juices, and the malt body is good. Spices fairly subtle though the coriander peeks through.
