COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hazy IPA using Golden Promise, Oats, Rye and acid malt in the mash for a smooth and lightly sour/tart body. Citra, Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe T90 hops were used in the whirlpool and Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe Cryo Hops™ Lupulin Powder from Yakima Hop Farms in the dry hop creating big tropical aromas and juicy tart flavour. We used low levels of Coriander seed to contribute geraniol and linalool flavor compounds which augment the fruity and floral character of the hops and yeast. We then fermented with US ‘double IPA yeast’ for a peachy aroma. Deeply fruity, refreshing and drinkable…. are you feeling sleepy yet?

Can from Cornelius. Pours amber, foamy white head. Huge mushroomy, pink grapefruit, hoppy, cinder toffee aroma. It’s initially tart and heavy citrus - lemondrops, peach, grapefruit - then there’s a funk/dank note in the back which helps to balance it. My initial reaction was it was too much to the sour end but as it warms up it gets much more complex and becomes an excellent IPA well balanced between bright citrus and deeper funk and sweetness. Really good.

Lekker!

Aromas citricos, frutales y florales. Aspecto turbio, espuma poco persistente. En boca maltosa y acida con un final seco.

ALIBALI (2201) - Kiel, GERMANY - APR 7, 2017
Pfeffriger Pinienmangosmell auf der Nase. Riecht superfrisch und grassy Hippie. Dann wirds sanft malty, grainy und durchaus tropisch🎉. Will glaub ich ein New Englander sein, find ich dafür erheblich zu kratzig gurkig. Dry not bitter, trotzdem ganz schön anstrengend...natürlich im positiven Sinne 😉. Powder Me Up, Hypnotist 😎....0,5l CAN von BEYOND BEER HH. 4,50€.Ohh jaaa..mit dem Bodensatz kommt der Peach...eat him Brother...for peace ✌🍄...188888

Tap @ cafe derat, 25 cl sample. Hazy orange color, medium frothy head. Aroma of tropical fruit, slight cookie and zesty citrus. Medium bitterness, slight cookie sweetness and sweet and sour fruitiness. Well balanced, easy going. Refreshing. Good.

Good fruity aroma. The taste is sweet of acidity, fruity, a little butter and sweetness. Wonderful bitterness that fills the upper part of the mouth for a long time. Really good beer. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Drinked in can. Aroma: loots of young and green lemon, a little gooseberry and grapefruit. Palate: fruity, lightly tart, with more lemony notes, definitely amarillo hop . A little earthiness and tangerine, and some lime bitterness, dry and sour. Very drinkable
