Pours dark brown with a creamy beige head. Aroma tangerin, kiwi, chocolate and orange. Flavor is sweet chocolate with some roasted notes, some bitterness and citrus notes. Medium body, average carbonation.
On tap at Kick. It pours a beautiful light tan, finger-thick head over a more or less black body. Nice lacings. The aroma is quite roasted, with chocolate, resins, clementine and coffee. It’s rather bitter in the mouth, dry and full-bodied, with a pleasant level of carbonation. Dark chocolate, cold coffee and a nice hoppy impact, although not as evident as in the aroma. Lasting finish. A tasteful and pleasant beer, I could easily finish a few of these. 121116 gnoff (11145) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - NOV 15, 2012

Tap, London. Deep ambery brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma is chocolate, coffee, roasted malts along with some slight toffeeish and hoppy notes. Flavour is rather similar with the fruityness being more evident. A bit more like a hopped stout or porter than a black IPA, but still a good good beer nonetheless.
Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Pitch black, small beige head. Aroma of salty licorice and grapefruit. Dry with medium-full body, rounded mouthfeel. Hoppy, balanced with roastiness. Notes of tar, long bitter finish wherem dark chocolate and licorice lingers.
