(can) very hazy deep amber colour with a frothy light-beige head. aroma of burnt caramel and dark malts, with a light touch of chocolate raisins, some herbal hops and grand marnier. flavour is more herbal hops and bitter orange peel, with a hint of caramelized malts, some yeast and a medium-bitter ethanolic finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation. On draft @ HaandBryggeriet Beer festival 2012. Hazy deep orange body with a small off-white head. Very nice hoppy aroma of grapefruit, pine and some oranges. Flavor is sweet, bitter and citric fruity with grapefruit and pine on a caramel malt base. Relatively light bodied, still strong in flavor and a fine bitterness. A bit more bitterness in aftertaste. Very nice and impressive at this ABV.

Can at home. Almost clear amber with decent sized beige head. Lots of citrus with lime, grapefruit and orange. Nice caramel, soft roasted malts, a hint of cocoa. Basically what you’d expect but maybe even more fruity and hoppy. There’s some grassyness in the finish too. Under medium sweet and medium bitter. Decent medium bodied without the light chalky feel some red ales can have. Good beer. KnutAlbert (6798) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAY 6, 2012
I am imressed by the amount of flavour in this session strength ale. Oak, berries, strong herbal bitterness. Intense, very refreshing. Inbreak (6728) - Loddefjord, NORWAY - MAY 27, 2013

Can. Hazy amber color with white head. Aroma is resinous, spruces, caramely. Taste is resinous, caramel, bready, a bit thin. Sticky oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation. mkel07 (6549) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - FEB 4, 2017
280117. Can from Greenslopes Cellars. Great looking can and great beer inside of it. This beer is all about the malt, no doubt about it. Red amber colour with a wavy tan head. Lots of citrus in this beer which is okay with me
