Cask in the North Bar Social, Otley. Pours deep amber with a cream head. Fruity hop aroma. The flavour is hoppy with fruity pine notes ad caramel.

Draught at bar. Deep amber color, white head. Bitter taste with hops, grapefruit, caramel, pine and a bit of resin. Bitter finish with grapefruit and resin. Very nice amber ale, although a bit overly dominated by hops.

330ml bottle. Pours a hazy reddy orange with a small head. Aroma is piney hops and orange jelly. Taste is bready malt to start. Strong grapefruit bitter finish. A little one sided.

Sampler from tap at Haandl 2013. Pours a clear orange body with a white head that leaves excellent lacing. Sprucy raisin and caramel on the nose. Grows in the mouth. Bitter, watery, medium bodied hop juice.

Can at home. Unclear dark honeylike amber with offwhite head. Sweet malts, bread, tea, caramel, weedy hops, oranges, tangerine and something more exotic. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium body, bit malty and bit mineralwaterlike textures. Very pleasant fat and slick mouthfeel and equally pleasing bittersweet fruity and hoppy finish.

Cask at CBC Clapham. Pours clear ruby with a small bubbly beige head. Nose is divine citrus and grapefruit hops, tangy orange and lime, mild biscuit and zesty on the finish. Taste is honey, mandarin, orange and tangerine. Big bright fruit bomb with mild bread as a base. Touch thin mouth feel but very drinkable. Nice stuff

On tap at Hanging Bat, Edinburgh. Kind of like an IPA. Red, but with a lot of nice bitter hops. Enjoyable.

Pours copper red with well retained creamy head. Big tropical fruit aroma with caramel malt. Tate is big fruity hop wollop with nice caramel toffee backbone. Very very tasty. Cant help but compare this to 5 am saint. Is it better? Depends which day you get the 5 am saint.

Can. Clear red amber, light beige head. Pine and caramel aroma. Caramel and citrus peel flavour. Rather fruity. Simple but very drinkable.
