UPDATED: DEC 14, 2016 0,33L can bought at HK Brewcraft. Appearance: Pours a copper colour with medium soft and soapy off-white head. Aroma: Fresh hop aroma of citrus, peach, grapefruit and resin. Strong caramel and crystal malt with some toffee aroma. Taste: Quite hoppy and medium bitterness at first, with grapefruit and resin. Then some toffee taste and caramel malt start to appear and turn grassy and bready at the end. Palate: Medium body with medium to high carbonation. The texture is quite crisp and oily. Aftertaste mainly consist of fresh grapefruit hop bitterness with some mild toffee-like caramel malt sweetness. Overall: A really fresh and hoppy amber ale. It might be one of the hoppiest amber ale I have ever tried. A very pleasant yet balance amber ale. It can definitely goes on daily-drink list.

Pours a cloudy orangey brown with a thin off-white head. Aroma is lovely. Grapefruit, pineapple, marmelade, dark caramel and hint of woody spice. Taste is quite sweet but with a light, bitter, dry and medium length finish. Excellent body and mouthfeel for its ABV. Would love to try a stronger version of this. This is an outstanding session red.

16-APR-2017, can @Kregme Boxen, from Arne, Westmarket. Hazy amber with a creamy, tan head. Aroma is typical hoppy red ale with nice malty stuff. Taste the same. Grape fruit, pine, caramel, fruity malt. Bitter and medium body. Simple but nice.

Ambrée trouble, bonne mousse beige. Fort nez houblonné résineux, sucré (pate de fruits) note exotique. Gout houblonné résineux herbeux, avec herbes aromatiques, caramel sucré puis magnifique amertume aromatique, pin, résine, reglisse sauvage, bien longue en bouche. Whoow! Et seulement 4.6c°

Cask - The Southampton Arms, London. Fine & bubbly lasting beige head atop a cloudy, ruddy amber body. Fresh & vibrant grapefruit, peach, strawberry & pine aromas. Pine, gently resinous & grapefruit flavour profile. Cracking depth for the ABV in my book. Nice contrast between an initial juiciness and a finishing dryness. Soft, rounded & firm mouthfeel, gently spritzy crisp carbonation, medium body, big lingering zesty grapefruit bitter finish with a hint of mid berry in the aftertaste. Plenty to offer without going overboard & remaining effortlessly drinkable.

Bottle, Coppers8til8, Newcastle. Beautiful heady aroma of fresh hops, pine and grapefruit, with a hint of resin to it. Clean smooth palate, with dryness on the back of the throat, lovely rounded mouthfeel, some faint woody characteristics, overall a stonkingly good read ale from a fine brewery.
