COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Original Pale Ale 3.9%. RingMaster our flag ship pale ale, is the beer you’ll want to drink every day. Pale in colour but unlike other pale ales lacking nothing in the flavour stakes. We use plenty of US hops to give the beer a floral/grassy aroma and lip smacking citrus flavours which combine with a defined malty character to make a magically moreish and quenching beer. Its session beer the same but different, conjured for flavour…

Tasting glass @ Billie’s Bier Kafétaria. Lightly hazy paler citrus, creamy white head. Nose is really lovely tropical mango all the way with some pineapple and faint stone fruit. Body & taste are not on par with heavy paper & yeast quality with some pineapple, faint mango, too paper heavy with that finish, great smell, okay taste. Still quite solid for ABV.

Gravity Cask Half Pint at Craft 100 Festival at Craft Beer Co, Clapham, London in April 2014 - Pale Yellow in colour. Hoppy; floral/grassy hops. Fruity; lemon citrus and some tropical fruit. Malty; toasty malts. Bitter fruity hoppy throughout. Dry in the finish. Very flavoursome for low ABV. Very drinkable. (2014-04-04)

Good grapefruit aroma. Strong grapefruit taste, and a long bitter grapefruit finish. Great and intense flavours overall, light mouthfeel.

berkshirejohn (6650) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - APR 21, 2016
Cask at the Bell, Waltham St Lawrence. Pale amber with a loose white head; lemony herbal aroma; bitter herbal taste with some citrus; and a dry citrusy finish. A reasonable APA-style pale ale, but the herbal notes don’t appeal to me.

chimpgibbon (560) - London, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - MAR 15, 2016
Keg at Craft Beer Co. Clapham. Floral and pale malt aromas, lemon cordial. Taste is light sweet malt then fairly dry bitterness. Lemon rind bitter finish. Nice session pale.
