Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Nice malty citrus aroma and Tate with a good crisp finish. brokensail (16486) - Dublin, California, USA - DEC 1, 2010
A: The pour is a clear pale straw color with a finger sized white head.
S: The beer smells heavily of butter with some light buttery notes. A faint hoppiness to it and perhaps a bit of a popcorn aroma.
T: Mostly sweet corn with some light flavor of grain husks. The bitterness is mild to moderate with a surprising amount of bready flavor.
M: The body is light to medium with a fairly high level of carbonation.
D: Not really a big fan of the American Blonde Ale style, and that’s pretty much what this is. Just too light to really hide the flaws that exist. marcus (10326) - Sacramento, California, USA - NOV 7, 2010
On tap at the brewpub. Pours dirty blonde with a rich white head and a floral aroma. There is a nice toffee flavor with a nutty, slightly bitter finish. A bit thin. bb (9501) - Alamo, California, USA - DEC 29, 2009
