On tap at Smokestack. Clear golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting white frothy head. Aroma is wheaty mineral, lemon rind, flabby wheat. Flavour is composed of wheatys, lemon rind, wheat, doughy. Low saison yeast character, light rubber. Palate is light frothy carbonation, light tannin. Slight lingering lemon. OK.

On tap @ Magnolia. Hazy straw pour with a white head. Nice wheat bread and yeast notes. Some citrus (mostly lemon), a light tartness, and a fair amount of spice. Flavor is subtly sweet with a moderate citrus tartness. Lots of lemon zest, wheat, yeast, and coriander notes. A hint of white pepper. Nice.

On tap at the brewery. My second great witbier of the day! (yes I’d call this a witbier not a saison) It pours a yellow color with a huge white head. The aroma has some nice notes of fresh wheat, vanilla, coriander and mild soap funk. The flavor has orange, vanilla, coriander and a balanced sweet/tart fruitiness. Mild notes of mineral soap and citrus peel in the finish. Really tasty for such a low gravity beer.

Beautiful clear yellow straw color. White head. Look stunning! Aroma is kind of funky, hay overripe fruits. Tired palate so taste was hard to get. Maybe a bit overcarbonated aswell. Goes down like water and is very refreshing. Hay and grassy. Nice one!

Draft. Amber beer with a nice white head. Light tart and light lemon aroma. Light tart flavor with yeast and light hay. Medium-light bodied. Refreshing. Tart lemon lingers with hay, yeast, and light mineral notes.
