Out of the two Mahou beers I’ve tried I prefer this. It’s less heavy and sickly than the Cinco Estrellas. It is still very corny, but as it warms up in the sun it still stays quaffable.

Morralla. Producto comercial. Apenas tiene sabor ni aroma. Mala, mala. De lo peor en su estilo

Acaro (235) - Madrid, SPAIN - JUL 23, 2017
Aroma: Cereals and barn. Appearance: Gold color with clear sparkling liquid and white head. Taste: Light bitterness. Palate: Light body with thin texture and average carbonation. Bitter astringent finish. Overall: Better than others but far from a good beer. Leaves a metallic memory and it is too astringent in the end.

Half on tap alcohol forward some corn that at subsides tastes stronger than the abv.

Bottle, 330ml at The Kaleido Bar, Benalmadena, Costa del Sol, Spain on Derek’s Stag Weekend. Pale gold with slight head, although I had to drink it out of the bottle as it was bought over to our table for me, so I believe it was bought here. Thin Spanish fizz, heavily carbonated beer, pleasantly cold, which was its best point. Went well with the atmosphere.

Borresteijn (7078) - Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - APR 17, 2017
On tap. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma is medium sweet, light honey, light floral. Flavour follows, soft, relatively tasteless. Light bodied, a bit fizzy.

chimayx (124) - FRANCE - MAR 9, 2017
Pils industrielle tout à fait classique, peu d’arômes: un peu de malt, de miel, de pain, légèrement douce
