Flaske 0,33l fra Systembolaget i Kiruna. Drukket hjemme 2 Mai 12. Ultradyprød/svart med et høyt kremaktig skum som fester seg til glasset og varer lenge. Forsiktig kaffearoma med en undertone av røyk. Lite kullsyre. Smaken er røykpreget - men svært forsiktig. Svakt syrlig ettersmak. KI=5

Bottle on holiday in Mallorca. Reddy, caramel brown coloured pour with a fading greyish off white head. Aroma is sweet nutty wort, raisin, wood and a little mint. Flavour is composed of raw nutty malts, some charred wood, raisin, little dried apple. Palate is semi sweet, moderate to high carbonation. Lingering nutty malts and a little mint. OK. Maybe a little hot ferment.

KeefOz (1838) - Tarragindi, AUSTRALIA - APR 23, 2015
Tasted 12/4/15. BB 05AG016. Poured a translucent ruby with a few millimeters of light tan foam for a head that diminished quickly to a collar. No lacing. Carbonation extremely low and fine. Aroma subtly of roasted grain, sweetness and a hint of dark fruits. Taste dominated by roasted grain. Light body (more like a Schwartzbier). Smooth, clean, lingering slight roasted grain and very faint bitterness. OK. Easy to drink.
